Argh, I missed them last week when they supported Spidergawd not far from me. Howver, this served as the trigger to buy their latest album.
As the predecessor's title proudly claimed, it'is Norwegian Gothic that Kjetil Nernes and his wife Karin Park deliver. Imagine Sixteen Horsepower minus the Americana ingredients but keep the obsessive tone ;-)
I find myself hard pressed to name a favorite track, so that might subject to frequent change... Carsten Pieper
Spanish Experimental & Instrumental Doom / Post-Rock. This has been on my radar for ages (possibly years) & I forgot about it time & again. No more! Truly beautiful melodies that carry me to places I have never seen before! Highly recommended!!! bmurator
The latest Djunah LP channels the duo's heavy, intensely cathartic sound to reflect on living with and healing from trauma. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 14, 2023
Quite certainly one of the bravest records I've heard in recent times, thematically and musically. Look your horror in the eye, only then can it disappear at all.
I also recommend the consistent continuation on the EP „PTSD“. s/he knows
